On Saturday the 5th at 7:30,chamber jazz with tbd (a quintet), with Erik Jekabson and Mario Guarneri on trumpet, John Wiitala on bass, Akira Tana on drums, and the rising trumpet star Lucas Davis.
Sunday the 6th at 5pm, the Yoav Konig Sextet plays a set and hosts our monthly student-centric jam session.
Not a quartet to be seen at Bird & Beckett this weekend, though it’s all about the 4th! We’re not that square!
