Dorothy Lefkovits sings with the Chuck Peterson Quintet Friday after work, 5:30-8pm, in our weekly “jazz in the bookshop” series, San Francisco’s longest running neighborhood jazz party – 13 years-plus with never a missed Friday!

Grant Levin Duo Saturday afternoon, 4-6 pm in his twice-monthly series of performances. Drummer Pepe Jacobo shares the honors with Grant this week. A fabulous conversation between two great musicians.

Cold Hard Facts

Misisipi Mike invites some terrific colleagues from the San Francisco americana music scene to the stage on the last Sunday night of each month, 7:30-10pm, in our “canyon moonlight” weekly concert series. And this month the occasion is to reprise, live, Mike’s debut cd — a happy collaboration of songwriter and producer that spawned a veritable hit factory.
