With more than two dozen albums under her own name and dozens more in other combinations, Rebecca Kilgore is regarded as one of the foremost American interpreters of the Great American Songbook.
Composer Johnny Mandel, who has worked with with Count Basie, Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, Anita O’Day, Barbra Streisand, Tony Bennett, Diane Schuur and Shirley Horn has said of Kilgore,
“When Rebecca sings, the sun comes out.”
Our events are put on under the umbrella of the nonprofit Bird & Beckett Cultural Legacy Project (the "BBCLP"). That's how we fund our ambitious schedule of 300 or so concerts and literary events every year.
